Unbelievably special place with a top class chef. This restaurant has both a unique atmosphere and incredible food. I had the honour to photograph an evening event in the restaurant (and taste the food!). I haven't seen anything like it in Sweden, this is one of a kind. Jimmy is an artist and a visionary!

In the central trainstation in the harbour of Trelleborg you find the Vicoria Salongen. In the salon of the steamship Drottning Victoria you can eat the most delicious food in wonderful surroundings. With appropriate wine pairings and great service. Jimmy, the chef, personally explains the food. We combined the event with the ferry from Trelleborg to Rostock from 22.55. A great experience. I can recommend it to everyone.

Helt fantastiskt att det finns ett ställe som Victoriasalongen by Brorsson i Trelleborg!!! Vi var anmälda på eventet En mat och dryckesresa tur & retur. Väldigt höga förväntningar på kvällen. Jimmy skapade mat från hela världen och Martin hade med sig ett urval av viner från Skepparps Vingård. Det började med ett underbart bröd gjort på en 27 år gammal surdeg och till det ett perfekt brynt smör som var en ren njutning. Även 2 små hors d'oeuvres, en på potatisbas med löjrom och en salladswrap med makrill levererade långt över förväntan. Sedan startade middagen ;-). Varje rätt presenterades av Jimmy Brorsson innan servering och Martin presenterade tillhörande vin. Rimmad torsk och nässelsoppa med ramslök, bläckfisk med mandelskum, hjorttartar, anka med sparris och rapsblad. Till efterrätt serverades det glass med kaka och rabarber. Svenska viner varvades med Skepparps egen import och vi fick en fantastisk upplevelse!!! Efter middagen blev det kaffe och ett glas med Skepparps egen eau de vie. Missa inte en sån här upplevelse - boka ditt eget event så fort som möjligt!!!
